5. Boston Acoustics ASW 250
An analogue of inexpensive Yamaha subs. Quite good bass, but not the most powerful device. The power of the 100 W amplifier is sometimes not enough to pump the low end in music. He works out special effects in the cinema. It may freeze due to auto-shutdown – it does not have time to turn on and misses the right moment in the voice acting. Assembled with high quality, the materials of the body and diffuser are not worse than in much more expensive subwoofers. It gives the impression of a solid thing. But rather weak for listening to music.
